Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy purchases. This Cancellation Policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of orders.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and delivery frequency you select at checkout.

Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each scheduled delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their subscription period. If you do not want your subscription to renew, you can cancel it before the next renewal date.

You can cancel or change your subscription at any time through the links provided in your order confirmation emails. These links will take you to your order or subscription management page, where you can make updates.

Please note that canceling a subscription does not cancel or refund an order that has already been processed or fulfilled. For more information about returns and refunds, please see our Return & Refund Policy.

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is currently out of stock, not yet available, or not yet in inventory.

Depending on the product and checkout terms, we may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or full payment at checkout. We may also securely store your payment method and charge the full or remaining balance at a later date when the product becomes available or is ready to ship.

You may cancel a partially paid pre-order as long as it has not yet been fulfilled.

Once a pre-order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may be able to request a return or refund if the product is eligible under our Return & Refund Policy.

Try Before You Buy

When you purchase a try-before-you-buy item, we may authorize your payment method before fulfilling your order.

You will have a set amount of time to decide whether you want to keep the item. The trial period and any applicable terms will be provided at checkout or in your order confirmation.

If you return the item within the allowed trial period and in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, you will not be charged the full purchase price.

If the trial period ends and the item has not been returned, your payment method will be charged for the full amount.

Returns and Refunds

Cancellation eligibility may depend on whether your order has already been processed, fulfilled, shipped, opened, or used.
