Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from Puptides. Because of the nature of our products, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and still fully sealed in their original packaging.

30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • Unsealed and untampered with

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging

You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any product that has been opened, unsealed, used, tampered with, or removed from its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are ingestible wellness products intended for dogs, we cannot accept returns on any product that has been opened, unsealed, used, or tampered with in any way.

We also cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Products not in their original packaging

  • Products returned without prior approval

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges on opened, unsealed, or used products.

For unopened and eligible products, the fastest way to get what you need is to request a return. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As stated above, your item must be unopened, unused, unsealed, untampered with, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
