Order Processing
Orders are processed during normal business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, product launches, holidays, promotions, or unexpected fulfillment delays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, carrier delays, customs processing, or events outside of our control.
Puptides is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays once an order has been transferred to the carrier.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship orders within the United States.
Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
International Shipping
At this time, we may not offer shipping to all international destinations.
If international shipping is available at checkout, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges that may apply to your order.
Puptides is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or for packages that are refused, held, returned, or destroyed due to import restrictions, customs requirements, or local regulations.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update tracking information. Tracking may not update immediately after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Puptides is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, household members, building staff, mailrooms, parcel lockers, and your local carrier office.
You may also need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Damaged Packages

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or failure to pick up the package, we may contact you to arrange reshipment.
Additional shipping fees may apply.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.
